Payments

All prices on our website are in US Dollars and all transactions are processed as such. We are not responsible for any international transaction fees you may encounter.

If the provided billing address does not match the address on your card we reserve the right to ask for proof of card ownership or your order might be cancelled and charged all processing fees associated with order transactions.

International/USA Credit Cards: If you are experiencing issues ordering with your Credit Card please contact your bank as they may be blocking your order as international purchases can be seen as fraudulent. If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please check the back of the card for details on how to register the card to make online purchases. Some pre-paid credit cards cannot be used on our online store.

Order Cancellation

Generally, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. If you cancel your order, there will be a 5% or $15 processing fee, whichever is greater, for every payment that needs to be refunded. Once your order has been passed to the warehouse for processing, there is an additional 25% restocking fee for cancellation if the order can be canceled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Coupons, gifts and samples

We reserve the exclusive right, at our discretion to limit the use of coupons and free promotional gifts. Free samples are limited to one per customer based on available stock. If you were sent the wrong Free item we will not resend the correct free item. These items are not guaranteed once in your cart. Any abuse or improper applications of coupons will result in your order being cancelled in part or in full. Coupon Codes need to be redeemed at time of purchase. If you do not enter the coupon code for your order it will not be honored.

Special Promotions

Product Availability/Promotions can change without notice. All special offers and promotions limited to stock on hand. Cooshie Tooshiez is not responsible for typographical errors and works to ensure the most accurate information is provided on all marketing content along with our website. If a mistake is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we shall maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed with the wrong pricing. All promotions are offered in US Dollars and are based on the Mountain Standard Time Zone. Once a promotion has ended Cooshie Tooshiez will not retroactively adjust pricing for any reason, including Technical Difficulties.

Chargebacks

Any chargebacks will result in an immediate closure of your account and an additional charge of $100 for every chargeback made. We will not sell to you again and reserve the right to cancel all orders placed in the future.

  • Use or misuse of any of our products. All supplements are for personal consumption and are not intended for resale or abuse. Please do not exceed the manufacturers' recommended dosages.

Shipping

Processing Time

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time. We reserve the right to occasionally extend processing time to a date mentioned on the home page and will inform when the next shipping date is possible. This usually extends to holidays with long weekends.  We strive to use industry leading shipping times with our Free shipping option.  All orders placed are Shipped with a 2-5 day shipping time and include tracking information.  

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE economy SHIPPING on all of our products and on all orders.  Please note that your order may be split up into multiple shipments. If your entire order is not delivered all at the same time please allow an additional day for delivery. All orders with Free Shipping are shipped by our carrier of choice, if you require a specific shipping carrier; please select a paid shipping method. (Example USPS is required for PO Boxes) FEDEX shipping quotes available upon request for an additional fee.

In Store Pickup

If you select In Store pickup for your shipping option you must contacts us for availability BEFORE placing the order to ensure we are available at your requested time of pickup. We operate out of an unmanned storage facility with no set hours. Thus you will need to schedule your pickup and ensure we are available to accommodate before you place the order. Any order placed without ensuring we can accommodate may result in cancellation and subject to a cancellation fee of $15.00 or 5% whichever is greater. All refunds are in the form of store credit.

 

What if I don't want my order delivered to my house?

We can ship to APO and FPO addresses and PO boxes ONLY if USPS paid option is selected as the carrier at checkout.

UPS/FedEx DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. If you require your package be held at a depot please sign-up for UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager before placing your order.

Mistakes with address or Redirection

If you notice that you have made a mistake on your address, please contact us immediately so we can fix this before your order is shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

All orders shipped with an incorrect or incomplete address are subject to a $95 fee per piece for redirection or corrections. Once redirected we are not liable for parcels that cannot be redirected in time of order delivery. Alternatively, UPS offers a service called UPS My Choice which allows you to redirect or schedule package delivery.

What if my package was late?

All orders placed will receive an estimated shipping time. Most orders placed should be received within 3-5 business days. Occasionally bigger orders and orders being delivered to more than 750 miles from northern Utah are shipped via UPS and may take an additional 3 Business days. If your shipping information states package hasn’t moved for more than 5 days please contact us to make a claim. You will not be held financially liable for lost parcels.

Order Mistakes - Defective Products

Order arrived with mistakes

Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipment carefully. All shortages and errors need to be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will not be held liable for missing items after this time. If Cooshie Tooshiez has made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion. All refunds will be in form of store credit.

Please forward us your original order number along with a photo of the packaging and contents of your order to DiapersUSA@cooshietooshiez.com.
The customer must retain the original packaging and product until the end of our investigation to receive proper compensation.

An item I received is defective

All Rearz, brand products are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship (this excludes seconds, clearance items and bulk prefolds). For all other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

To receive compensation for defective products, you MUST send us proof of the defect and hold onto the contents and original packaging for examination. (We will notify you once the examination has been completed)

If we are unable to determine the defect through photo or video proof, you may be required to ship back the product and if confirmed defective we will compensate for both the product and return shipping fees.

All other brands are sold "as is" with no express warranty or guarantee.

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of all the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the original manufacturer. 

Returns

My item is being returned to sender

If a package is returned to us for any reason such as an incomplete address, undeliverable, refused, etc. we will contact you once it has arrived in our warehouse and will provide you with 2 options for resolution, reshipment or refund.
If the reason for return was due to a mistake made by us (this does not include carrier issues) we will provide you with a refund or reship your order at our discretion.

If you do want the items reshipped, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and the outbound shipping fees.

If you do not want your items re-shipped, we will provide you with a refund for the undelivered items minus the return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. (Orders returned with Free Shipping will have the original shipping charge deducted from their refund). Refunds will be given in the form of store credit.

I want to return a product I purchased

Our goal at Cooshie Tooshiez is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We offer a 30 day return policy. If there is any unopened, considered new, resalable item you wish to return we will gladly take it back. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling of all returned items. We cannot accept returns on disposable briefs. Any disposable product returned will not be refunded.    

A refund will be issued after returns are received and examined for the condition. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

How do I return a product?

Once your return request has been approved we will provide you with the instruction on how to properly return the items. If all instructions are not followed properly there may be additional charges deducted from your refund. If a product is returned without authorization, the customer will not be eligible to receive a credit.

 Under no circumstances do we accept COD parcels.
