Features a full snap front and crotch. These are a replica of a newborn baby onesie. The full snap onesie is easier to put on someone who is laying down as it does not need to be pulled over the head.
These cotton/spandex onesies have a great stretch to them so they stretch to a few inches over the sizes listed below.
Fits similar to regular t-shirt sizing.

Wow - Extremely Comfortable
I am so glad that I upsized based on other reviews. If I hadn't, the onesie likely would not have fit at all. The medium fits me soooo well on me. The onesie does a great job holding up the diaper especially has it fills up. Overall, the onesie fits me so well and it is one of my favorite onesie. This onesie is extremely comfortable and fits me so well. You ought try this onesie especially with snaps in front and cm the crotch. It is a throw back to the onesie's I wore when a I was little. I don't think you will be disappointed and you ought to it to yourself to give it a try. I had been eying this onesie for some time and certainly not disappointed. Stay padded and wear a onesie.

I found it really good range of sizes as well. It's great to be able to open up the front opens up. The only down side is when its a little small it's going to stretch like those that don't of the same size butt maybe open up a little between buttons so order a good size or size bigger for a good fit
